While some orders can be completed without a phone call, some providers may require verification of additional information that can only be done over the phone with one of our moving specialists. This can include things like scheduling your installation appointment and, in some cases, running a credit check if required by the service provider. In addition, there are some additional promotions that our agents can help identify for you beyond what you've selected within Updater.
