If you lose your reservation number, you can do one of three things:
1) Check your inbox! You should've received a confirmation email from us which includes your reservation number shortly after selecting your desired package.
2) Click back into the TV & Internet step on your Updater dashboard to view your reservation number.
3) If all else fails, have no fear! Simply give our moving specialists a call and they'll be able to look up your reservation for you - it just may take a few extra minutes!
