Sorry to hear that! Let’s fix this. Since the postal service can take up to 12 business days to begin forwarding your mail, be sure that enough time has gone by without indication that new mail is arriving.
If it’s been longer than 12 business days, email us and we’ll look into it for you. If we notify you that it’s a postal service issue, you’ll have to contact your local post office at your old address. We can also refile your change of address form on your behalf!
