We are sorry to hear that your invite has already been claimed! There are two primary reasons why this would happen:
- You've already claimed your Updater invite! If that's the case, simply go here and log back into your Updater account.
- You forwarded your invite to someone else (perhaps it was your family member, significant other, or roommate) and they claimed your invite. If this is the case, please reach out to our Customer Experience team and we'll look into this further!
