If you need to cancel your moving reservation, please reach out to your moving company directly.
All moves are facilitated by Dolly, an Updater company. You will be redirected to Dolly to complete all moving related tasks.
You can cancel your Dolly in the app or using book.dolly.com. Please note our cancellation policy, as there are fees involved in some circumstances.
Start by logging into the Dolly app, or logging in at book.dolly.com. On the "My Dollys" page, locate the Dolly you want to cancel.
Cancelling in the App
With the Dolly you want to cancel open, hit the three circles at the top right of the screen.
The option will appear to Edit Dolly or Cancel Dolly. Click Cancel Dolly.
Select a reason why you are cancelling your Dolly. Once this is selected, click Cancel Dolly.
Your Dolly will be cancelled, and confirmation of your cancellation will be emailed shortly.
Cancelling on the Web (Book.Dolly.com)
Looking at the Dolly you want to cancel, you'll see the option to edit the Dolly or cancel it. Click the button to Cancel.
Select a reason why you are cancelling your Dolly. Once this is selected, click Cancel Dolly.
Your Dolly will be cancelled, and confirmation of your cancellation will be emailed shortly.
