All claims for damaged items must be filed through your moving company. Please contact your moving company directly for information regarding their process.

All moves are facilitated by Dolly, an Updater company. You will be redirected to Dolly to complete all moving related tasks.
In the unlikely event that there is damage to your home (walls, floors, ceiling, etc.) your Dolly is protected via our commercial liability insurance. We do not require an additional purchase for this protection.
In the event that damage occurs, please contact Dolly start a claim.
Please note that on most Dollys, you can add extra damage protection for your items. $300 of damage protection is included on every Dolly.
Damage protection of up to $1000 per item can be added to your Dolly at a rate of $1 per $100 in damage protection.
