If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact your moving company directly.
All moves are facilitated by Dolly, an Updater company. You will be redirected to Dolly to complete all moving related tasks.
You can reschedule your Dolly as long as your Helpers have not started the Dolly.
To reschedule your Dolly:
- Open the Dolly app, or log in to book.dolly.com.
- Find the Dolly you want to edit on the My Dollys list. Click Edit Dolly.
- Continue clicking Save & Continue (making any changes you wish along the way) until you reach the Date & Time page.
- Select the new date and/or time for your Dolly.
- Continue clicking Save & Continue until you reach the final review page. Here, you can review any changes, and if you're satisfied with the details, click Update Dolly.
- Your Dolly will be updated, now set for the new requested time. We'll alert your existing Helpers to the changes. If they're unavailable, or unable to complete the new scope of work, we'll work on finding new Helpers for you right away.
